We had requested a caterer for a "Fiesta" themed dinner for 40, and I was initially hesitant based on the title of Limoges Cakes and Confections. Kristina however was always quick to respond to my inquiries and assured me her background in Latin American cuisine would work well with what we were wanting. She brought us a few samples based on the menu we wanted to work around and we were hooked based on her samples. She and her husband worked our event and we could not have been happier with their professionalism, communication, ease of payment (through Venmo), punctuality and presence at our party. We had several guests request her business cards. Truly, the food was outstanding and the compliments from our guests were as numerous as the stars that were out that evening. Her sauces especially were unique, original and addicting. The shrimp and steak were grilled at our home (using a green egg) to perfection and her sides were delectable. She even accommodated my request to make a guacamole using my recipe that my family adores. The final touch were three pavlovas she made and were the exclamation point on our evening and why she is known for cakes and confections. My only hesitation leaving this review is that she won't be available next time we would like to hire her! If I could leave TEN stars, I would!

"I used to be more of a salty over sweets person, but Kristina Limoges has converted me! She somehow perfectly captures the combination of the two, like in her salted chocolate tart, raspberry tarts, pistachio cake, and cranberry cupcakes! And the presentation is always incredible whether it be for a wedding shower, bridal shower, or just a girls night in. You almost won't want to touch it it's so beautiful, but trust me, you'll be so happy once you do!!!"
